At Nimisha Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

You receive a damaged product.

You receive the wrong product.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, returns are not accepted for:

Products damaged after delivery

Orders returned without original packaging
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged depending on stock availability.
